It was a dark and lonely night as private investigator Mickey worked late in his musty office - in someone's spleen. Not exactly glamorous, but a great location to keep tabs on all those creepy viruses and bacteria.

Lucy Lymphette and her two sisters come to the famous detective complaining of a strange illness. Soon, they are hot on the heals of Vinny Virus and the RNA Mobsters, racing through every major body system, tracking down what ails them. This delightful musical whodunit teaches about general health while emphasizing the immune system, circulatory system, respiratory system, skeletal structure, muscles, and the process which enables viruses to hijack cells for duplicating RNA.

Mickey Spleen Saves the Day is a hilarious spoof on old detective stories. Performed by the CenterStage Players using swing era style music. Entertaining, toe-tapping and informative.
